At JSU he has the ability when recruiting kids to play for the HBCU and using it as a culture/heritage pitch. It would be interesting to see how he does when he actually has to recruit without that selling point

I don't think I really care where Deion goes nor whether he would be a success at the FBS level. However, from a business point of view, I wonder if he should hold out for a P5 job. With the Big XII expanding (and seemingly only interested in bringing Colorado, Utah, and the Arizona schools for further expansion),for USF looks like it will remain as a Group of 5 teams for at least the next 10 years or so.

If Colorado is interested in him, I'd tell him to look that way. More money and they have won in the past (albeit not regularly for a while).

He should be after the GT job. He played for both the falcons and braves. But I think they are uppity and probably wouldn't entertain it
