Because he is so incompetent that he signs a 12 year deal with Adidas and doesn't even know what is in the contract, and in turn misses out on millions of dollars that they school was supposed to receive. Things like that.

Also he might be good at fundraising from the whales, but he ignores the non-gazillionaire alumni who would donate hundreds or thousands if it looked like the program was headed in the right direction. Less challenging to convince some rich pricks to fork over giant tax deductions in exchange for getting an engraved plaque on a bathroom stall.

nope. He said multiple times how "special' Kenny Pickett is .

Gotta admit Manny's **** good at handling the press. He made a couple sentence remark about his relationship with the doofus AD and then went right to his message about the team never changing his facial expression. He's also not lowered himself to whale dung like that idiot AD did.
