Barry starts it off with:

"So the Reign of Mediocrity continues, and this one comes with the usual supply of bang-your-head-against-the-wall questions. Such as:
Why can’t UM defenders resist their instincts and carry out their assignments?
Why can’t UM, under Al Golden, ever beat a good team on the road?
Why was D’Mauri Jones --- Miami’s sixth-best receiver AT BEST – the recipient of a critical pass on a key second-half possession deep in Georgia Tech territory? (At least his fumble was overturned on replay.)
And why is UM playing its safeties deep on a third and short against a team that runs the vast majority of the time?
There are never any answers, really, certainly not any good ones, and so the UM program remains stuck in neutral, unable to fix its shortcomings and unable to come up with any real solutions. So this is where we are:"

Posted this in another thread but Barry is the first local reporter who has really turned on Golden and Co. We need more of this.

It shouldn't take Jackson or Navarro's opinion of Golden to change for their questions to. They should have been doing their **** job this whole time. They should have been asking critical questions from the jump not having sit down interviews that revolved around how cool Golden looks in a Jordan track suit.

They don't have to even work very hard. All of the insight necessary to write their pieces is usually discussed - sometimes even both sides - on the various message boards. It's like stealing money.

I could do their jobs on the side. I'll take half of what the make.

golden couldn't help himself. he was upset when he actually made adjustments to his defense against duke. the prick didn't like that the fans and media were right and went back to his ineffective bs scheme. bye bye golden, we hate to see you go

"You can still win when you give up 250-270 yards rushing in a game."

In all seriousness, How is this ******* real life?????? **** is ******* embarrassing.

It's time to move on from this staff, even if it costs us recruits, we are stuck in nuetral, but we need a hire a coach that has a nitch for offense or defense

Yeah those ***tards kept writing articles about our youth when we all saw the freaking shortcomings on our defense. I really believe Golden is a mole planted in our team to destroy it from inside out. Like how can we explain them doing the same **** and watch us get killed like that?

I think it just speaks to the culture. No one really gave a ****. We were stuck in the cloud and nobody gave a **** about results. Just walk around ******* feeling sorry for ourselves all the time.

This fanbase is the biggest ******* "woe is me" group of pussies I've ever seen. That isn't just us fans but the reporters, the AD, all of em. Golden is the perfect coach for an apathetic, excuse making culture and we are número ******* uno.

Took long enough but finally the masses are realizing what the former players who had the guts were trying to tell us from the beginning.

Did he really say that? Guy is a ******* loser.

So D'No is channeling Albatross when he said, "Yards don't matter". Albatross and D'No should play pinball. They'd win a ton of free games with those numbers.
