Whether you want Malik to be benched immediately is irrelevant to this topic. Laughing off the booing is exactly what you want.

And seriously? This quote was about him missing a wide open receiver early in the game and going back to the bench laughing about getting booed. Not laughing about getting booed after throwing a TD pass to go up 21-0. Dude took nearly an entire quarter to put up 7 points on possibly the worst team in Div 1. Our first two drives were: 2 plays, 1 yard, fumble; and 3 plays, 5 yards, punt. We finally scored on our third drive, where it took 8 plays to go 31 yards. Malik's completed passes on that drive were 7 yards to Homer, 9 yards to Gray, and 2 yards to Mallory for the TD. WOW, really blowing the doors off there, Malik.

rosier has outplayed perry and weldon for two straight years. If the other two were better they would be in the game, just because you guys have a case of backup qb syndrome (where backup qb is always most popular player on a team) doesn't mean anything will change

I got nothing but love for the OP, but if you frequent this board, you already know Rosier was going to get booed no matter what after that shlt show in Dallas. No matter what happened, there were posts on here days ahead of time calling for people to go to the game just to boo Malik. It was silly when it was posted, and deserved to be mocked when it actually happened. I’m ready to move on as much as anyone, but I haven’t forgotten my rationality and objectivity. If the boo birds had caused Rosier to pout on the bench, this thread would still be here just with a different title. If he had gone all Baker Mayfield and started shaking his nuts at the booing fans, he’d still be getting ripped for it.

The fact of the matter is that, statistically, none of the other 3 QBs had a better day than Rosier on Saturday. Not in yards, completion percentage, scores, or turnovers, and this ****es a lot of fans off because they realize that as bad as Rosier is, nobody has yet to be able to out play him or unseat him. The younger guys did a lot of promising things, but they need reps. I think everyone of them can be a better game day QB than Rosier, and what everyone should be rooting for is that Malik can do well enough in these next few games to get us early leads and allow the backups to get the experience they need.

You’re petulant children throwing online temper tantrums because you want a different QB to start. You’re balling up your hands like little children, stomping your feet, and looking for every little reason to throw a fit.

My point is this, since you obviously didn’t get it from my first post. You have lost the intellectual capacity to think straight in your never ending quest to bash. It’s one thing to criticize both him and Rick and call for change. I get that. It’s another thing to go witch hunting to find reasons to bltch, especially in this case when the guy just employed a normal defelection. You don’t want QBs to sulk, or cry, or otherwise overreact when booed.

You’re SUPPOSED to blow it off. Shake it off.

But you morons are looking for any excuse to jump in.

It’s a perverse mob mentality that cowards have when they are frustrated and don’t get their way. They see a guy getting beat up and they join in kicking the body, inventing reasons to hate the guy.

It’s just a lunatic rage without reason...but go on. Maybe you can find an article about how he wipes his ***...and get worked up about him using the wrong technique.
