Love it.

But I have a mentor who avoided that but was surreptitiously being video recorded ******* someone.

Kompromat.

So, consider not doing it at all.

Plenty of other *** out there.

Sounds like she finally came forward and said something and they couldn't ignore it.
yeah that was part 1 of my two likely scenarios, she spoke up and they couldnt ignore it. Timing is still suspect. They apparently interviewed her earlier and she said no then reversed course. The question then of course is why reverse? Did Moore and her fight? promise he was leaving his wife? maybe the relationship ended naturally and someone else pushed her to come forward? maybe she legit just had a change of heart, all plausible to me. but it seems clear that Michigan did not do this to protect the girl they did it to protect themselves, whether it was to try to avoid looking like they are protecting a HC who bangs his assistants or to avoid paying him a big buyout, this was not altruistic by michigan and Moore, who did this to himself, was in the crosshair under either scenario.

Listen, M was well aware of Shlong Moore’s escapades. They were going to part ways with him next season. They waited to announce the firing “with cause” because…1. They wanted to see if they would beat OSU. 2. They wanted to wait till National Signing Day to ensure the recruiting class.

If they really liked Shlong, and he was getting it done, all of his would have been swept under rug and their would have been a council session. They found “cause” cause he sucked and they were song with him.

As someone embattled currently in a PG-13 'nothing actually happened' version of something similar, who also is the highest producer for their employer regionally, I'd say this is on point.

According to one of the Detroit papers, UM did their own internal investigation last summer which wasn’t conclusive (Moore/mistress both denied it even though many knew about it). UM then hired an outside investigative firm and obtained the proof they were seeking to show him the door.

Hate to say it but dude sounds like he was setup - as already stated by a poster.

This college football stuff has become big business and they’re used to keeping all the $$$. Now that they’re not keeping it all - anyway they can avoid paying buyouts and/or keep underperforming coaches on staff, they will do it.

Brian Kelly has been available and imo the guy to call. DeBoer is wise to get outta Bama when there’s a really good job available like Michigan before Bama gets rid of him after 3 seasons of no natty.

Moore out at Michigan
DeBoer to Michigan

Lanning to Bama (terrible decision because Oregon doesn’t have a win a natty in 4 yrs and ur out situation. Just win 10 annually and get in playoff and ur good and PK will continue cutting checks)
Kelly to Oregon
Righhttttt - They set him up and made him **** somebody he didn’t want to ****

Give me a ******* break

No, UM waited to obtain conclusive proof from investigative firm (photos don’t lie) before axing him. Moore was apparently on very thin ice before that. If anything the AD stuck his neck out in hiring Moore as he had never been a head coach before.

This is pure BS. If you watch Bama DeBoer doesn’t make adjustments. He can’t establish a running game with 4/5 star RBs and OL. And, he won’t adjust his offense to the strengths of his QBs. DeBoer is incompetent and he got over because he had Penix who was better than his incompetence.

There are several coaches who can produce more than DeBoer but you gotta look beyond the big names. Everybody wants a Cignetti but these ADs at places like Bama are scared to hire one.
Let’s say Bama gets smoked by Oklahoma in the playoff and Deboer gets canned. Who are they hiring? And who is going to win enough there to keep a job more than four years? If I’m someone like Cignetti or Lanning, I’m not touching that job with a ten foot pole. It’s not 2012 anymore. Alabama no longer has their own set of rules that nobody else gets to play by. They’ll have plenty of financial support but nothing that’s going to put them head and shoulders above any other big time program. Nothing short of winning a national title every other season is going to please the fan base. Kirby’s run at UGA wouldn’t be good enough for them.

Honestly, sometimes I’m blown away by the ignorance here. Look this could’ve been completely consensual. I get that.

But to act like there’s not a power gap between a guy making millions of dollars & a big public figure and somebody who works directly for him, including a perceived/actual pressure to engage in an activity as an also possible outcome, is why companies across the world have rules about this.

So to act like she has no grounds to possibly Sue because of something completely spelled out so dramatically, in almost every company HR code, especially among bosses and employees who report to them, is absolutely laughable.

And then, even if she initiated it, he’s still supposed to know that he’s got a multimillion dollar contract that has a morals clause to it.

Stop reflexive defending everything
