Fine with me. Just want to know if they're actually paying $25-30 mil as it's been said. Just read their message boards and they seem to think that number is wildly exaggerated.

90% of this board really believed Miami would compete in the NIL world with SEC and Texas schools. Go look back at the threads when it was approved in Florida. Realistically Miami can’t even compete with most schools bc nobody in Miami cares about Miami football unless they win.

And no it won’t get audited and no the gravy train won’t stop. They’ll just fire Jimbo and do the same with the next guy. The only hope is that the mega donors die and their kids don’t care as much.
 
This is all just the tip of the iceberg. In 5-10 years, College Football will be completely transformed into the most corrupt, unsavory world imaginable. You guys thought boats and hoes were bad? Just wait...entire PDs will be bought off. There will be factories of human trafficked escorts ready to be dispatched to a recruit's home at a moments notice. Entire law firms will be dedicating their services to working the financial loopholes. PIs will be digging up dirt on opposing coaches. The filthy rich elites will be buying entire teams as casually as we all play fantasy football. Some of this stuff is already happening. The landscape is changing fast. How long will UM be able to hold on?

it is possible shemar and camp want there to be mystery here so they are intentionally muddying the waters. however the reality in my view has always been the kid has been looking for a reason not to come here. whether it was manny or the lack of a DC he has never really been all in on the U. usually these guys don't stick with the U.

I was kidding about the audit part. LOL. I will be interested to see if 30M a year payroll for NIL deals alone is yearly standard for 9-4 seasons. And lets be frank, TAMU is not winning any national titles in our lifetime I dont care who they get as coach... But if they want to keep shelling out that money..all power to them. Tomorrow we will see a small sample size with Shemar. Are Dreams really worth more than Money like some rapper my grandson listens to? We will see.

Thanks, doesn’t bode well that we can’t come up with the money during Mario’s honeymoon period….hard to believe there are more NIL opportunities in College Station.
