Shaq

Perryman would knock your mom out and come holla at you about it.
Dude was also a sideline to sideline linebacker.

Shaq seems like a very likeable guy.
And he tries hard.

Great.. let's make up a reason to **** on one of our better players. Man gets a turnover and gets **** on. Some of y'all are just ******* miserable.

Shaq has been better than last year but still needs to keep improving to be truly ready for the nfl

Nope my ***....Only a F-ing moron thinks Shaqs a better LBer than DP.....Go take a nap.....

Funny how some of you teeny boppers talk to people on the internet. Settle down Beavis.

Shaq has played 11 less games than DP and has more TFLs, Sacks, PDs, FRs.

But sure...I won't stop you from longingly watching Perryman highlights of him making big hits 8 yards downfield with your box of tissues and moisturizer

I love Shaq. Given our list of all time greats, he probably falls more around the DP level. All defensive players today suffer from playing under today’s touch football rules.
No comparison with Perryman and Shaq. Perryman was a baller. He just happened to play on some ****** teams for a ****** coach. (Kind is like the way things are now.)

Well if we use that logic then I guess Brad Kaaya is the greatest Miami quarterback of all time… This is what happens when you just look at stats and don’t actually watch the game… shaq has started every game that he’s been here due to goldens inability to manage the roster and he has also been able to play under a defensive coordinator that actually has a clue what he’s doing whereas Perryman played for the worst defensive coordinator that I have ever seen in my life and was still able to make plays, just try to imagine Perryman in our current system and Shaq in the previous system. Shaq is good, Perryman was closer to great.

First off, have always loved his mentality. He isn't going to go down as one of the greats, but he's a wonderful ambassador for our program.

However, I'm not gonna lie. I felt kind of bad for him when he put on the Turnover Chain and stood up on the bench at GT and started pumping his arms?

Like, "bruh..."
That was the precise moment the turnover chain slapped on its motorcycle jacket, hopped on its Kawasaki Intruder, and jumped the shark.

What is your bar for great, exactly?? because this is a program that produced Ray Lewis, Vilma, Barrow... etc. And you're saying that Perryman is in that conversation (or close)....

Perryman wasn't even as good as Sean Spence. Remember they both shared the same coordinator for a year. They both played on **** teams and Spence was better LB here than Perryman. Not arguable.

Is Sean Spence in the convo then??? Is he up there with those guys?? If no, then neither is Perryman.

The argument here is that Perryman is a miilllles better LB than Shaq and all I'm saying is no. I'm not saying DP is better or Shaq is better. I'm telling you that the idea the DP is on a different level than Shaq is absurdity. Shaq has made more impact plays in 75% the time. You're absolutely wrong if you think Perryman is miles better. He was a solid LB. That's it.

You guys are mesmerized by big hits. wgaf. Big hits don't make a difference in the record book and certainly not when you're making them after the opponent has gashed you for 8 yards. They are nice on the highlight reel. punto

And Brad Kaaya was a pretty good college QB.

I would put Perryman in tier 2 behind the elites like Lewis, Vilma, Morgan, Williams etc. tier 2 would be Greats like Perryman, Spence, Webster, McCarthy type players, Shaq has not entered this tier yet in my opinion, I’d put him in a 3rd tier with many others that were solid players. If Shaq declares, I guarantee that he will not be picked in the 1st 3 rounds like Perryman was. Just to be clear I think Shaq is a good player and I’m definitely glad he came here but I hope he reaches a different level next season. As for Kaaya, I was simply using him as an example as to why we can’t use stats to rank our former players. Kaaya is statistically the best QB we’ve had but give me Dorsey over him all day. Shaq might break multiple personal records before he graduates but that doesn’t mean he was more impactful then someone like Perryman or Spence etc.

They don use facts be careful bro

1 good way to compare the 2 players would be 2 image the 2 in the others defensive sceme..so with that being said how would Shaq fared in Goldens read/react bs defense and Perryman in Diaz attacking style defense. I know we can only guess but in my opinion Perryman would have killed it and been on another level maybe up there with some of the great LB's. On the other Shaq would have been a slower Gaines very ordinary.

Because I told you you're a Moron to say Shaq is better than DP was??....Welp, got News for you....you're still a Moron...

I actually never said that, but I guess expecting you to read was setting the bar a little too high for you, which makes you calling someone a moron extra funny. I bet you're a Trump supporter to boot.

Let it go, son. You're wrong.
