We're getting 3 good ones. I think a real DC will result in a remarkable difference. Gayot's will return to add depth/speed and I think Mike Smith will be a key addition to the LB core too. Never though the kid should be a DE, another silly Dorito decision. Kid has the speed and athleticism to be a very good LB.

Uh... I'm pretty sure Mike Smith has been timed 5.00+ in his early days at UM, Thats why they tried him at DE and why he hasn't sniffed the field.

Uh... I'm pretty sure Mike Smith has been timed 5.00+ in his early days at UM, Thats why they tried him at DE and why he hasn't sniffed the field.

Yeah.. I agree Mike Smith is not a LB at all. he is a slow tweener which is not good at all.
 
i say we take these 3 this year and 5 next year.
2016; Shaq, Mike, Zach.
2017; Steed, Dunning, Kearney, Wilder & Cowan.

I wouldn't force a 4th unless it's someone who can grow into a 4-3 DE or someone we really like. Our depth issues will exist next year regardless. Jamming in fringe players is what roster mismanagement is all about.

We need to hit the refresh button on our OL depth and begin to build S depth.

I agree and say take Uche if he wants back in. He's an OLB that could grow into a DE
 
Agree with LuCane. Unless it's a good one let's lock it up. I would take Ross if he wanted in. But we have 5 legit guys potentially next year. And all 5 are **** near must gets. Esp Wilder.

If your going to take a 4th just to address depth issues then you go the juco route

prefer and an extra safety that might grow into a LB. All the LBs we have are all ready grown men
