tougher for whom? We dont recruit those areas though...

Locksley is tryna lock down the dmv as well as uva being on the uptick recruiting.

USC should be better...Clemson doesnt even really give a **** about instate. They'll take 1 or 2 top guys but its alot of meat in sc for the take
