Peterson cant win in the worst power conference. And he is basically the only show in town with Oregon in that whole region.
He is an excellent coach but would be eaten alive here by pretty much everybody.

Butch had three future NFL head coaches on his staff. Four including himself while he was head coach. A great talent evaluator in assistant coaches and players. That is why Butch had built the best college team in the history of college football while on one of the toughest penalties with 31 less scholarships. No other couch had done so much with nothing in college football history.

I actually think he's an awesome game day coach, is great at taking what's given. He has way less talent than Richt though and just started so he gets a pass. I think Richt should just be a CEO type head coach like basically everyone else. It's too much taking on the offense too.

Way less talent? In what ways? Cause the players go to UF? On offense Florida has experience along with talent. I wouldn’t say we have out right more talent on O at all

Keep Richt for recruiting stability, but relegate him to CEO coaching.

Diaz stays DC
Kliff Kingsbury as OC when he gets fired from TTU
Brad Davis from Missouri as OL coach

Make sure Richt stays out of the way on offense and we roll hard.
