That's A BIG PROBLEM, no one should be untouchable, coaches coach better
,players play better when held accountable!
Coach Richts play calling and offensive scheme doesn't give Miami the best chance to win,a good coach would admit that and make changes (hire OC,fire any coach that can't do there job) MR use to be a really good coach, now he's just an average coach living off his past Reputation. He hasn't lived up to Rep, MR is a good guy ,good recruiter, great role model ,good mentor ,and old stubborn OC!

so where does our team and Cane Nation go from here? Could someone please tell me something because I'm about to murder a innocent television set!
 
This thread is nothing more than an exercise to vent frustration.
Aside from the posters who is going to read this in the administration and think "oh, there is name I hadn't thought of, let's give him a call"
 
Richt is a good figure head. Hire Dorsey as OC and Jr. needs to move back to Athens and sell insurance or something. Diaz coach in waiting Pa La Pinga

Lil Richt can stay on as support staff. In fact we need to hire some more offensive analysts for game planning.

matt campbell should get the shot but I sense some big time program is gonna throw the kitchen sink at him so we can forget that
 
Since CMR will not be fired, the first they should do, is get rid of his son, the QB coach, and get a OC/QB coach, while making Thomas brown co-OC or just RB coach. You could also have Todd hartley drop special teams and become co-OC while coaching TEs. Replace John Pakte with Randy Shannon for LB coach, and I know we need to replace Stacey Searls i just don't know anyone to replace him with. Another thing, get rid of Ephraim Banda and have Mike Rumph coach S and CB. In all we get rid of 2 people, not to much change, so there won't to be much animosity. And I would have many coach ST, bc i just feel like he has the attitude to make people hit hard.

Idk why everyone keeps saying were stuck with Mark Richt? You force him into retirement. You crank the heat up & make an absolute mockery of him for the rest of the season. We will not accept mediocrity & if some feelings have to get hurt along the way so be it. Fly the banner.

I’d go w Diaz. Keep defensive staff
And tell him go hire an offense

Kingsbury if he gets fired

Can’t believe teams figured out our 7 offensive plays. Literally any name sounds ok right now

Some good ideas

I think Patke hire was bad bc of ST and QB situations
But I wouldn’t touch defense

I’d move Jr to analyst
Brown to ST/RB

Hire an innovative OC/QB coach

Did the same with Dorsey. Not saying this team is even close to that level of talent, but you need to for the future. If anyone thought this team was CFB playoff ready was being blind to their passion for the team. Give me the lumps now for the future but that isnt the issue here. We need a better QB, Oline, Special teams and OC coach.

I was just thinking that getting rid of some people will open up more money to spend on a good coach, but yeah I agree.
