Semi ot: James Franklin signs psu extension

Beyond idiotic move by Pedo State and a dumb move by Franklin career-wise in relation to on-field success.

He's never going to get over any hump in State College because he's an absolute gameday corch. So maybe every 5 years he fools people with fraudulent 2-3 loss seasons but then he'll pepper in plenty of 4 loss seasons too.

The smart play for him would've been to actually try to get the USC job. He is a very good recruiter so you go to a sleeping giant in a weak conference and you see if you can actually "out-talent" everyone. You'd be getting better QB talent out there and theoretically could attract better assistants to mayyybe mask your personal gameday deficiencies.

But he got paid so good for him. Me and @PIPO will take joy in every game they blow.

You sound butt hurt that those guys got paid. Enormous amount of coaches getting paid that coaches at a top 25 team, but yet you single out Tucker and Franklin's contracts. . .Smh
 
I'm no fan of Pedo State and it wouldn't surprise me if his **** has been stretched out. "Current coaching discussions" or butt hurt clowns *****ing about their contracts and how much money they make.

Dude nah **** that! 100's of coaches have been "average" for years and signing enormous contracts. I stand by what I said!

And it impacts the rest of the market from head coach on down to assistant. Freeze just got 67% raise and he is sitting at 7-4, too. Tucker gets $95 million over 10 years and turns around and gets beaten by 7 touchdowns. When these guys **** the bed you have to pay them huge buy outs after you fire them.

We are in the middle of a coaching search so yes Franklin, Tucker and Freeze impact the market for us.
 
I had to come back and basically post for a second time how unbelievably stupid PSU is....and i love it. No school deserves worse **** to happen to them than PSU.
