Read the Palm Beach Post over the weekend and they only have him and a walk-on listed at TE. Is Irvin hurt?

Well it doesn't matter, when Brevin Jordan and Mallory come on board I think they'll be running 1 and 2 asap in front of our current group.

With those two IMO our tradition as TE U will continue for years to come

Polendey is a big/skinny man. Dude had the build of a young Olsen. Let's see if Hartley can develop and not just yell at people.

This ain't Georgia Tech. To play TE here you need to be able to catch, and by all reports, Polendey cannot.

Who wants to see CMR on the sidelines like:
Don't throw it to Stonehenge.webp

Surprised that Irvin is struggling so bad, thought he had great hands? It looks like he hasn’t reshaped his body either

Irvin is fat, lazy and entitled. And worst of all he couldn’t catch crabs from a two dollar ho.

People ripping Irving because he isn't his dad and he isn't Njoku.

He's a good third down target and situational player. He was never overly athletic or a great blocker and I don't think he ever will be. We don't need to kill him for that.

And Polendey is not from GT in that he is lean and can run. Catching is all about coaching/technique and focus. Remember what the catching coach did for Leonard Hankerson AT Miami? It's possible.

Actually people are ripping Irvin because he came from an amazing bloodline, that personified "Miami" and can't seem to even get in shape, much less be a difference maker.

As as another user alluded to in another thread, Mallory has loads of potential but he weighs less than some of our WRs, so it' unlikely he gets used as an inline tight end. It's also a little unrealistic to expect Jordan to even be an average inline blocker right away. Yea it's clear that Irvin Jr may not live up to his father's name, but the same people bashing him now are the same ones who bashed the Langam's and Cager's of the world only to eat crow later when they make a play. Maybe at least wait until the Fall before you write him off.

The players you named actually had other guys to compete with and beat out . Irvin has only one guy, Polendy to beat out and you can’t even do that ? You can’t even get in shape dog ? We don’t have to wait until the fall to see that . Brevin gon be ready
