Expecting a true freshman to win 10+ games is absurd at this point.

Already getting hit with the freshman QB excuse and we aint even played a game.

It's funny...but expected. I was calling for this to be the new battle cry for the Don Bailey Jr Jr's the second Williams (who in no way is a superstar either) went down.

The cloud will get brought up again at some point as well, give it some time to marinate.

The only thing absurd here is your football IQ and short term memory. We play in the ACC, not the SEC, there's absolutely, positively nothing absurd about expecting to have success with a freshman QB in today's day and age. This is even more true when you look at the talent surrounding him.

Want to make the freshman QB thing a non issue? How about a competent (not even great mind you) defensive effort from Onfrio's unit? If that D shows any improvement at all we it doesn't matter who lines up under center.

The defense has sucked and a ton of improvement is needed. D'Onifrio should have been fired after the bowl game. I never said otherwise.

That verbal backhand you delivered with all the strength and ferocity of Lamar Latrell not withstanding, I actually understand and applaud you for not going on the record, about anything. If my posts consisted almost entirely of me condescendingly talking down to people and constantly intimating it was because they failed to possess the mountain of raw uncut insider information and pure sports acumen that I did, I wouldn't ever say anything of substance either. Lest they go back and say, "Gosh, this gentleman appears to be quite the dumb****."

How could I claim they were kneejerk idiots for not being happy with 6 wins, "considering all that UM had to overcome!" in December when I said they were going to win 8 the previous September? A quandary indeed. Instead of hating us troglodytes because you hate yourself for liking the same things we do, perhaps you should just find other more sophisticated and gentrified interests.

You said I couldn't have a legitimate football conversation...unprompted in response to a legitimate football question. But you're right, that's not irony.
