I never realized how tiny he is. It is hilarious that someone who clearly never played OL is an elite OL coach. It is also bizaare that he only coaches C and Gs, no Ts. I guess it is is because cristobal coaches the Ts.

We need to recruit better and until we have the ability to run his offense Richt needs to run an offense that hides their weaknesses.
We nearly always have more skill-position talent than our opponents, but even our OLs are better prospects than most of theirs. The difference is that opposing coaches run offenses that get the most out of their OLs.

While potential assistant coach candidates such as Stacy Searels remain prime targets, the new coordinators will likely have a deciding vote in the final pieces of their respective staffs.

THIS is why we arent getting an OC. An OC would want to have a say on who his position coaches are. And who is the first person on Richt's offensive staff an OC would question?
