I would have given a blank check to Nick Monroe, Rod Ojong, Mark Orphey as a start. Other names Aazaar Abdul Rahim who has extensive P4 experience and crossovered with Mario at bama. Corey Raymond, people will say he’s washed but he’s projected to have another corner he mentored go in the top 15 of the draft. Torrian gray.

I live in Baton Rouge. We aren't hiring Corey Raymond. Raymond might as well be DB Coach Emeritus at LSU. After the debacle that was LSU's secondary after Brian Kelly letting Raymond go and how Raymond has come back and resurrected the secondary it would take **** and high water to get him out of LSU.

I don’t want Pruitt near the program. Dude seems like a loose cannon.

Have they been coaching those positions for a dozen years and can point to the development of their sons plus other NFL players like Surtain could? Did they play in the NFL & develop their sons at their same positions while coaching him throughout youth to HS football? No? So stfu.

I’m not even advocating for the guy but there was a claim made that was obviously falsifiable. So i corrected it.

Terry Jefferson is qualified and I wouldn’t have a problem with his promotion. I think we could do better, as i do with Surtain as well, but fine with whatever Mario goes with.


And until Jacksonville State’s db coach becomes a more demanding job than our biggest rival’s db coach, no, Terry Jefferson does not have more experience than Surtain, who also worked for the Dolphins for a season.
