I asked the same question this weekend. Ironically, I liked that she's apparently reliant on some dudes in her circle of friends who are shrewd businessmen. At least she seems to know she doesn't know much and will cede to those who might be more helpful. That's more than is said about some of the others.
All hearsay from mutual acquaintances, though.
I used to work with Hilarie. She is a very sharp woman that doesn't put up with BS. I think she is a good pick for the committee.
She's very smart. So is Steve Hawking. I don't want him picking my football coach either.
She will defer to experts, I am sure. Smart people tend to know their limitations.
Why would you have someone on a football coach search committee who doesn't know about football and has to defer to someone else? What's the point? If you feel like you need a committee to find a football coach, why not just have a search committee comprised of a few people who know football and what it takes to be successful here?
I don't know... Good facilitator?
