In order to assess their ability in a real game situation. Tonight may not be the right time to first do that, but August 24th isn’t either.

I think just calling a guy down is good enough instead of having them take unnecessary hits. I get both sides but I think the risk of injury far outweighs the benefit of seeing who performs better after taking a hit.
