I expected Pop to be the back up by the end of spring even though he wasn’t great but imo Emory has won the backup job and by a large margin. The gap continues to grow. Maybe they have then listed as Emory or Pop but if the unthinkable happens Emory will be the guy.
 
Theres been very little talks for a little bit now about Cam Pruitt, Jojo, Marley Cook and CJ Clark

Also it seems like the CB rotation is not allowed to get out probably on purpose to keep the gators guessing. Havent heard a peep about the DB's except the freshman's and Markeith. But the actual starters remain a mystery.

Other than OJ everyone has a pretty good idea who the guys are.

I’m not sure. He’s kind of gamer and his game isn’t built for practice. There’s just some qb’s that look different when the bullets are live. Watching Tebow at practice it was kind of a hot mess at times. Balls flying into the Gatorade bottles on the sidelines. But when the game was live he could do things you can’t do at practice with a red jersey on with no contact. Guys like him, Flutie, Vince Young , Manziel free lance more than sticking to the script. Also I’m not comparing Pop to those guys lol. I’m just saying his game isn’t aesthetically pleasing for a 7 v 7 practice environment. So I just don’t want to completely bury the guy.

That said Emory has looked noticeably better than him in practices / scrimmages and that’s all you can base pt off.
