I used to defend lot of Bloods in Atlanta and Big Homie is a very specific term of respect give to the head of a Set. He is also wearing a Cincinnati Reds shirt. Any law enforcement gang expert in American would consider the host of the Podcast to be Blood based solely on those 2 points.

Do people on CIS really not understand or know what I’m talking about. I assumed most of you from Miami would be at least as familiar with gangs as I am in Atlanta.

I still laugh at the fact that America was watching people do the Crip Walk during half time of the Super Bowl. And had no clue.

America loves to denigrate gangs, except when we really like the gang member. I’ve been working with gang members for 15-20 years and but for what they wear, 99% would have no clue.

Threads get nuked because of the content. However, is the content something the coaches don’t want made public for competitive reasons or CIS ownership doesn’t want made public because it’s material reserved for Canes Connection members only?

The former is understandable, yet annoying. The latter goes against the DNA of this site and the original intent of CIS founders.

I don’t think CIS is holding anything back. They are given 3 types of information:
-don’t share with anyone
-can share but not publicly (most certainly the source(s) know the relationship between CIS and canes connection)
-can share publicly (on CIS)

This is my perception hearing the canes connection conversations. But I don’t believe CIS is the one filtering what information get shared in what setting.

The former. Staff doesn't want that info out. Canes Connection info is easier to control because it's more private, but even then we can't talk injuries and depth charts.
