They do have an NIL program. Not like ours, but if they decide they want to do that, they have the biggest endowment in CFB other than Stanford.

Folk, I would trade a Ham Sammich that’s been in stuck in the back of fridge for 2 yrs over Gattis, right now & it’s not even close. Yeah I may get salmonella, but at least I know that bubble gut will only last for a few days to a few weeks vs. 365 days.

Fact; my lil homie had a scholly to play for Wake about 10 yrs ago (fractured his leg & never played ball again in a pick up game). B/c of that, I’ve kinda followed Wake a bit. They r pouring a ton of $$ into their Athletic Dept, & they have a lot of politicians/judges that’s come from this University.

Also Drs and lawyers. They spend money but they dont blow money. They know where they stand as a university and education comes first.

I live 15 minutes from wake. My father in law and brother in law both went to wake law so i hear alot and see them play all the time.

New world. The reality is a lot of schools are basically farm schools once it is clear they developed an elite prospect. Shoot even Bama and Georgia aren’t exempt.

We just took a tackle from Bama as we were told he would likely be a backup there. He comes here and now he’s probably getting picked in the first or second round.
