He decommits when we lose for the 4th time or after we don't win 10 games...again

We win...he stays

What happens when Florida loses for the 4th time and doesn't win 10 games, which is pretty much a given? Miami will still have the better QB and be a better place for a receiver than UF will, so why decommit to go to a worse situation?

Probably because for us it means a new coach who might not like Sam as much and no Kevin Beard. McHorseteeth up north has a better chance of surviving a poor season with his job intact.

Because they can sell him on the future. It would be the second year of their regime.
Here Golden has nothing left to sell.

Yes, because playing alongside a star QB for a team that has put more WRs successfully into the NFL is a far worse future than playing for a team with nothing but questions at QB, and Oline that has as many or more questions than ours does, and that hasn't had a decent, successful WR in a long time.

Ok...go tell him that.
I was just giving a reason why a kid might go to a program with more question marks.
They can still blame all the failures on the last coach while Golden has nobody left to blame for his.

Maybe there is some value in the kids mind in competing for a conference or national championship some day? Because if you are a stud, no matter where you go you will make your way into the league, but you don't have any chance of team success at the college level at miami under the current staff.

Florida is no closer than we are.

They are closer, they are at least one year ahead. Horse teef may not be the one to lead them there, but we don't know that, his rebuild process has just started. We (think we) know Golden isn't the one to lead us there, and we have a rebuild that has yet to begin.

They have shown nothing to indicate they are closer, and they have more holes in their depth than we do.

Not only that they will always have to get thru SEC/SEC title game just to get to playoff. We have much better chance running the table in ACC than they do of making it thru that gauntlet.
