It was not necessary, in reality. There was no need to lower himself to that level.

At least two guys that D-Train snapped at did not deserve it. And that behavior MIGHT be one of the factors that helps us to lose a guy in 2026, though he might still flip to us.

He has all the nuances of 5th year senior. He forced ND to change their coverage to put their #1 CB on him then when that failed they changed to playing zone. What makes u believe he would be playing ahead of Tony ? Lot of people thought upshaw would too . If he is that good you would have to find away to get him on the field with Tony < he’s arguably the best wr we have right now

ND would not have been able to do that if we did have VB though. They felt no one else was a threat in the passing game
