People who complain about Golden as a lousy recruiter and then in the next breath complain about how the coaching is so bad because it doesn't develop the excellent talent we have...oh, right...that was talent that Shannon left for us.

I too hope Ryan Williams gets at least the first half, if not the game. He's earned it.


BTW- for the neggers - Jimmy Johnson gave Geoff Torretta the start on senior day in 86, benching the soon to be Heisman trophy winner (Vinnie) because it was senior day and Torretta had earned the start by being in the program for four years despite getting buried on the depth chart by Kosar and Testaverde.

Vinny didn't play because he got hurt in the motor scooter accident. That was Torretta's only start at UM. And Torretta was a JUCO transfer. He wasn't at Miami 4 years.
 
The fans that show up at least deserve to see the best product you can put on the field that day. Start the best players.
