Ryan Williams Should Start at QB against Pitt

We could have a band of circus midgets as our coaching staff and Kaaya would still be every bit as good as he is. He studies the game non-stop, has great measurables, and you can tell how much of a leader he is. After the loss last week he took the blame along with Warlord and DP...the whole time he had his head down and you could tell how much losing hurts this kid. He will be the greatest QB to ever play at the U.

I'll co-sign him on that.

Jim, Bernie, Vinny, Geno and Ken (don't forget Steve Walsh) might have differing opinions. Some of them actually won rings too. This staff+admin has guaranteed that Kaaya won't win a ring here.

Doesn't have to win a ring to be the greatest QB at The U. Those other guys were surrounded by elite talent and very good coaches. I'm not going to knock Kaaya if he never wins a championship which is mainly because of the coaching staff. The kid can only do so much with Golden as the coach. Kaaya will easily break every QB record here though.

It was meant to be for Kaaya to come in and start. Only good thing that happend this year was that he tore his ACL. No way Golden would have had Kaaya play over Williams if he didn't get hurt.

Im literally amazed at the lack of knowledge from the folks in this thread. Total cluelessness to tradition.

I too hope Ryan Williams gets at least the first half, if not the game. He's earned it.

BTW- for the neggers - Jimmy Johnson gave Geoff Torretta the start on senior day in 86, benching the soon to be Heisman trophy winner (Vinnie) because it was senior day and Torretta had earned the start by being in the program for four years despite getting buried on the depth chart by Kosar and Testaverde.

And by doing so ensured Gino's signature.
