Was helped off the field by trainers after a goal line run into the end zone. Looks like lower extremity injury.

Hopefully it isn't serious. Even if he doesn't win the starting job in the fall it's a more comfortable situation at QB with him healthy than without him.

Ryan Williams is a home grown young man that went to Tennessee and came back home for the opportunity to play for us all. He has stood by patiently and has been an excellent sport about it for 2 years. We should all wish him a speedy recovery, because if Kevin Olsen starts and should falter for any reason...

Wish R.Wi11iams a speedy recovery... Solid 'Cane --to leave starting spot @ Memphis & have the commitment/patience to play 2nd string so long...

Come fall, I want him good to go whether he's starting or backup once more. W/ all due respect to Crow, I think Williams is straight solid. (perhaps no more, no less)

But I'm most curious to see what the 2nd dose of Olsen is capable of... & reading this board, I know I'm not alone...
