He was on my eagles staff , very highly respected cat. I was shocked he went back to college.

I do keep having some vision of the Miami BoT and Blake having a retreat with him at Seven Springs to share methods on how to maximize profits in sports without ever having any intentions of actually winning.
 
Day seems like a solid coach. Never really challenged all season. Took Clemson to the wire. And yes, blew a 16-0 lead.

BTW, Meyer, as great as he is, failed to make the playoffs the previous two seasons due to 30+ point losses in conference at Iowa and at Purdue.
 
He's been whining since OSU didn't secure the #1 playoff ranking....he didn't want to play Clemson right out of the box but wanted to draw OK. Went from there to whining at the half & end of game. :nelson-haha:

The play calls were perfect on the last drive, they were literally in position to win the game.

It was a great call, it was just a bad decision by Fields, but really it was mainly on the WR who stupidly broke off his route for no reason. If he just runs the Post seam pattern like he's supposed to, he likely catches the ball, the WR erroneously just spins out of the route & leaves his QB hanging.

You guys with your knee jerk reactions to coaches based off one game are seriously dumb AF lol.

Both Ryan Day & Lincoln Riley are phenomenal coaches, we'd be lucky if we ever stumbled into a coach with half their caliber of intelligence & accomplishments.

Miami is Corch U, you guys are fools tryin to trash other coaches when we lead the nation in bad hires & consistent ineptitude.
