One thing about Cristobal is that he would bring a fire and edge to the offensive line. Something we have needed a long time... He wouldn't stand for Miami f_cking up with missed blocks and penalties
Beanerdict!! You never fail to crack me up Franchise!Making 515k at Alabama....hard to imagine we'd pay that for an OL coach. Maybe they saved a lot on Diaz vs Aranda.
We just paid $600K for a 5th year RB coach. If Beanerdict wants to come, money won't be the holdup.
I'm trying to think about Bamas OL to see where they sucked at this season?? So far can't see it.
OMGZ MUCH GUD CROOTER
It's ****ing Alabama, if he's so good at recruiting then explain to me these stats he had as head coach
2007: 99th
2008: 85th
2009: 80th
2010: 85th
2011: 87th
2012: 76th
And before you say "It's FIU" he never had the #1 recruiting class in Conference USA.
That's because FIU played in the Sun Belt when he was there...
This. Bama is stacked with talent and the best S&C program in the game today, yet Cristobal still managed to underachieve. His unit is not ranked in the top 10 in any category of the stats I posted earlier in this thread.I'm trying to think about Bamas OL to see where they sucked at this season?? So far can't see it.
Dude come on Bama oline was already elite , a trained seal could've guided these guys to similar results. It's Bama. Cristobal jus merged with the system.

Miami needs a true technique coach to get our OL back on track. Not a guy to "get them fired up". They had that with Kehoe. It didn't work.

If someone can also explain why he is a good OL COACH as well other than "look at Alabama play, they're so gud".
Here are advanced OL stats for 2015. Bama wasn't in the top 10 in any category:
