It was a very factual, straightforward article.

NAOMI FEINSTEIN is a fellow at Miami New Times. She spent the last year in New York City getting her master’s degree at the Columbia School of Journalism. She is also a proud alum of the University of Miami.

the article is factual, fair (because it includes Ruiz's responses to concerns) and not written in a commentary format (e.g. doesn't imply he is lying, just presents the earnings-based issues that have been discussed on this board ad nauseam).

Not meant to be critical of you @Cribby (you're one of the best posters on this site) -- I just think you're better than that.

I read the article. I was prepared to tar the arthur as a Gator hack, but it's not the case. I question the arthur's knowledge of the equities market, but the story was actually pretty straightforward.

Verdict: a lot less yellow than most.

That wasn’t a shot at the article but more todays “ journalism“ and I use that term lightly. Why can’t they be legit ? That was the point. I think you took the comment wrong.
