Securities Exchange Approval for a public offering ... that is what was pending last Summer. Based on the projected sales price that was based on a conservative PE ratio, his share value, after the offering is executed, would exceed $20 Billion for his 70% ownership in that company.

Anytime the character on the source layer covers their face its tough to put a different face over top of it. Like if I can't put Ruiz's face on top of Scrooges but behind his hands. I was trying to explain some of this insanity to my wife the other night. She said, “Oh he owns LifeWallet?” She’s a stay at home mom, mind you, but she knew about the company way before I did and knew more about what they do Than I do (She handles most of the kids’ medical info and thus had heard of LW). You do know that he has 2 sons that went to UM? Both played baseball and Johnny Ruiz is in the minor league system. Their NIL collective is the Ruiz Family.
