50k seats is pretty weak but hey I'll take it if it's designed well and loud

50k puts us on par with UNC (50.5k), Stanford (50k), and Syracuse (49.2k). For a school our size it's fine. Like you said design it well and it will be plenty loud. Leaving it with an open endzone for possible renovations would be great as well.

The city of Coral Gables would deny this yesterday. That traffic would be insane and the area would not allow it. Better look elsewhere "Tropical Park".

Every stadium in the country creates awful traffic. I used to go to the University of Maryland bball games all the time and it takes an hour to drive 2 miles on US-1 (yes coincidence). And yet, they have a beautiful new-ish bball arena and solid 50k stadium.

and we're talking about 8 Saturdays a year and at most 1 Thursday a year. Money talks.

50K of South Florida’s loudest is more than enough to make **** go OB. Especially if acoustics are incorporated into the engineering. It’d sound like 80K.
