He’s not putting everything into UM obviously. If the consultants coaches etc top Alabama’s, I agree with others on here, Hard Rock will be sold out. That's 20 billion with a 'B' my guy

My thoughts, too. But I love, love, LOVE, this kind of thinking.I’m not sure there’s enough money in the world to get the city of Coral Gables to approve this, but I like the ambitious thinking.
80 years talking,,,& you come up with the perfect solution..
Now picture a Thursday night game.
#justhebeginningMeanwhile, Manual Alberto Diaz closed on 4 star LB Bissainthe the Godfather of the offseason doing it again!!!

50k puts us on par with UNC (50.5k), Stanford (50k), and Syracuse (49.2k). For a school our size it's fine. Like you said design it well and it will be plenty loud. Leaving it with an open endzone for possible renovations would be great as well.50k seats is pretty weak but hey I'll take it if it's designed well and loud
Every stadium in the country creates awful traffic. I used to go to the University of Maryland bball games all the time and it takes an hour to drive 2 miles on US-1 (yes coincidence). And yet, they have a beautiful new-ish bball arena and solid 50k stadium. The city of Coral Gables would deny this yesterday. That traffic would be insane and the area would not allow it. Better look elsewhere "Tropical Park".
This guy gives me the impression he can pull it off.Moving Gables High is going to be hard as ****.
He's going to have to pay off City of Coral Gables politicians big time to pull this off.
Probably more bribe money than the millions Jeffrey Loria handed to Manny Diaz Sr. to tear down the Orange Bowl.
And if it’s a blank check, give me a home stadium in Gables and an away (home) stadium for large capacity games (Hard Rock)He’s not putting everything into UM obviously. If the consultants coaches etc top Alabama’s, I agree with others on here, Hard Rock will be sold out.
think of the rock concerts..It's only 8 Saturdays out of the year. Better than Mon-Fri school traffic
All I know is that **** better be a horseshoe and have an open end zone with some big *** palm trees swaying in the wind
