that’s solo sacks. If you add assisted sacks Chase has 13.5 and Greg 12. Either way Greg is the only freshman in the top 40 in sacks. Hope he can break the UM record as it sure would put him in 1st team AA honors. I say he does with a bowl game. Only 1.5 sacks needed per game to get to 18.

I like Huff a lot too, but I think the staff is gonna be real slow with him, because he had an academic redshirt this season & didn't get in school until late August.

He hasn't been through a full Spring or Fall camp, so I don't see them rushing him into the lineup too soon for next year.

coach baker was praising him yesterday and was said to be really impressing them

What?!? While I'm stoked about all those kids' futures here, other than QB there is no position on either side of the ball where experience is more important than linebacker. If you'd sub out Pinck and Shaq for some underclassmen right now, you're an idiot. Those boys turn is coming, appreciate what you have rightnow. May never again see two LBs start every game for 4 straight seasons together at LB at Miami again. For real.

I hope Garvin comes back for next year.

We could potentially have, Rousseau, Garvin, Jaelan Phillips, Jahfari Harvey, Cam Williams to go along with 2 incoming Frosh in Romello Height & Quetin Williams, plus Chantz too but he broke his wrist I believe or something just a few weeks ago so I expect us to Redshirt him.

And that's not even including the stout DT group we got with Ford, Silvera & Miller, then 3 young monsters in Jarred Harrison-Hunte, Jalar Holley & Jason Blissett, plus Elijah Roberts & Willie Moise coming in.

Our DL is gonna be STACKED for the next couple years.

That DL sounds nasty...if I'm Garvin's pops I'm telling him come back because everyone else is. GR gonna see the double team all year next year. We only losing the LBs the entire team could come back. Bandy too!! Could be a really sick unit.

Not really.

McCloud will be a 5th year Senior & Brooks will be a Red Frosh with a year in the system.

There's also a good chance we hit the portal for a LB, plus Joyner & Jennings will probably be healthy by next year.

The only TF LB that will have a real shot at playing is Tirek Austin-Cave, who will be an EE & has very good speed & tackling ability.

The LB Corps will be alright next year, everybody making a mistake sleeping on Brooks.

I think TAC, Brooks, and Mccloud + a portal lb will more than enough. We need to bring in three lbs in 2020.
