Roster Breakout

I'm starting to get the feeling that our practices being run hard by coaches w/ a reputation for discipline has become a big problem. By this I mean that when you're pushing hard all the freakin time and it doesn't translate into being put in a position to succeed on gamedays, you start losing the locker room little by little. The confidence level starts falling off.

When I've watched us play this season, I don't see confidence and/or fun very much. If it looks like a grind to us, imagine what it's like for the players who are the ones actually going/being put through it? Contrast that to what you've seen from Heupel's players this season. Those kids are enjoying what they're doing no matter the obstacle or circumstance of the moment. They play loose AND confident. Can we honestly say the same?

I’m talking about a culture issue. Maybe Cristobal’s practices are way better. But the three coaches prior had underwhelming practices that I watched first hand.
We've heard from players that practice is much harder and better organized under this staff.. But that's like me saying you're wife is cheating on you.. I haven't seen it with my own eyes. But she's cheating.. WHAT?!

Not one player on this team would sniff playing time on an actual good miami team outside of potentially tvd and even that's a maybe. Only other guy this season would be Colby who the coaches took 6 weeks to get into a game over the sorry bodies we had at wr

I always laugh at the, “Mario fumbled the ball, Mario missed the tackle” stuff…

Why is that stuff happening? What’s the common denominator? It aint rocket science, lol. Not worth getting into it half the time but glad someone else said this.
I actually agree with you but Knighton is the consistent culprit and our room being decimated by injury allows him to stay in the games

Even with the roster you listed should easily be able to beat MTSU and Doook

This is flat out on coaching and failing to identity best how to WIN WITH THE TALENT ON HAND!

Why must we continue to hire coaches who can only coach one certain scheme or way… zero creativity… zero fire,… boring loser mentality
This **** is sad I took a peek at next year's schedule and I'm seeing Miami Ohio and temple and have to wonder if we're gonna win those games

Players I like going forward to the future:
Qb: Jacurri
RB: Parrish, Chaney, Citizen
WR: Colbie, X, Brashard, Jacolby, Ladson
TE: Arroyo
O line: Campbell, Rivers, Cooper, Clark
D line: Mesidor, LT, Jackson, Kelly, Moss
LB: Wes, Chase
CB: Porter
S: Kinchens
This number needs to be doubled. We need 20-25 high schoolers and need to hit on most of them while adding another 20 portal kids.

I’m not excusing the coaches. I think they need to have a look in the mirror. With that being said, TVD is our only possible starter on any 11 win team. MAYBE.

X is a high effort guy that doesn’t start but probably plays in a championship program. He’s reliable. Young is a back up.

Not one offensive lineman starts except MAYBE Zion.

No one on defense is even a backup. I’m guessing 3rd string guys at best

Only 6 players on that list are consistent, non mistake making players
