Rosier telling the fans to shut up

1. We beat Toledo, and were double digit favorites
2. The criticism he has received is 1000% justified based on his play, especially with the comments he has made since Aug 2017
3. Until he strings 6+ games together completing over 60% passes and at least a 2:1 TD to Int ratio, he shouldnt talk trash to anyone

In my opinion, his crappy play against good teams outweighs his good play against crappy teams. Shut up, work harder, play better until this team gets to the playoffs.

At this point, *****ing about Malik is pointless. Malik is who he is, and nothing is going to change that. He's not accurate, but he's tough, can run well, and occasionally he will catch a defense off guard with a good throw. That's about it.

I'm more upset about two things: 1) the fact that we were in such &hit shape as a program that we had to offer him in the first place, and 2) the fact that we've had no one else step up and prove themselves better than him.

Amen! Finally a realistic objective Canes fan. These other dudes be projecting inner anger and what not.

The funny thing is, as ugly as it may have been, Malik is the only QB that has taken us to the ACC championship game... we joined the ACC in fokkin 2004. One thing is booing at the game and another thing is sending this kid insults through social media - some of you need to chill out.

At the end of the day, all of this falls on Richt - he isn't playing the right QB or he hasn't recruited/coached up a QB to be good enough to be a better option than Rosier... It's on him.

Some of guys on here don’t know what you want. You want a team with “swag” but then when the players show “swag” you want to get bent out of shape becuase they lost a game. For ppl who don’t know, if you can turn your “swag” on or off. It’s fake swag and it’s as real a $3 bill.

Y’all really need to learn that these kids don’t need justification from you to feel good about their game. I’m not saying I’m 100% on board with Malik’s play and I was hopeful that someone else would beat him out. But that doesn’t mean that every week I’m going cry online about his play and I’m definately not going to “call out” the kid for having an attitude and clapping back at his haters.

You all do the same thing on this site 24/7 when you disagree with someone else’s opinion about a member of the staff and a player on the team getting burned. Why is it ok when you do it? Is it because you are fat out of shape fan with no elgilbity left?
 
I'd rather have Rosier do this than have a team full of losers like FSU that are upset about FSU fans making fun of them on Twitter.

Great idea. Let's do what Golden did and take away all social media privileges from the team and not allow them to speak to the media either.

Or we could just suspend any player who makes any comment that isn't sunshine and rainbows.

Fans bltched because he wasn't a rah-rah getting people fired up on the sidelines. They bltched when he laughed off the boo birds. And now they're bltching because he's clapping back.

Richt is already a little too quick to suspend a player. I don't want to see Dallas have to sit for trash talking on Twitter, and I don't want the whiteboard to be taken away from Redwine.
 
Ultimately, it's on the coaches for fostering stupidity.
