Rosier telling the fans to shut up

who's comparing him to wimbush? they're both garbage. all you're saying is that our garbage is slightly less awful than notre dame's.

just because my taco bell steak is better than steak-ums, that doesn't make it good steak.

My point was, was that ND could overcome Wimbush's 37 yd./ ZERO TD/3-8 passing performance vs LSU, but we couldn't.

If him getting his confidence back gets us 220 yards 52 percent and 45 yards on the ground a game for the next 9 games well let's get to it Malik.

oh my god you're actually serious. this is too good. they overcame his performance by benching his *** for book. they won that game because their **** quarterback was benched for a less experienced guy.

Your dumbass is digging your heels into the ground for a QB who's just not good, never has been and never will be. It is what it is. Now I'm not bashing the kid, and I'm definitely not for booing him. I think we should support him.

But please don't try to convince us that he's a good QB.

Nope, I'm digging my heels in for a QB who has a better winning record through His first 17 starts than the last bazillion starters we had before Him...capiche???

So let me get this straight. Some of you on here are perfectly fine with calling Malik out for every bad throw (rightfully so by the way), booing him at home games (I'm not necessarily against this either), and hoping that he gets injured (this is going too far) but you all are going to complain when he claps back?

Good on him for being confident in himself. I'm certainly not confident in him at all as our starter, but it doesn't matter what I or anyone else on here thinks. Malik needs to be his own biggest supporter and needs to be willing to defend himself. The moment he loses that self confidence is the moment he's done as a Quaterback.

If you're going to call him out (again rightfully so) than don't be all upset when he claps back. Embrace the conflict and hope it pushes him to be better.

hes not good but i cant be mad at him for calling everyone out. you expect him to just lay down and take in the hate he gets from fans (remember this same fanbase went at J12 and Kyle Wright right in front of his family)? if malik is confident, that can only help us if he continues to start games at miami. also, a lot of this board predicted he'd **** the bed and throw picks or turn it over by half, which he didnt do. good on him for clapping back.

I don't care if he wants to shush Miami fans. But why is he shushing Toledo fans? It's Toledo. You're a double digit point favorite on the road against a non-P5. You're supposed to win. Dude's acting like he ran one in in Tuscaloosa.
I don't know man. I'm just guessing here, but maybe......... just maybe........... he's a college athlete, with no shot at an NFL career, in his final season, on the road, trying to have some fun against a fan base that thought they'd pull an upset for the ages.

It's not like he's acting out of character. He shushed FSU fans too last year at Doak right before throwing the winning Touchdown to Langham to win it. He is who he is. He may be terrible as a QB, but at least he's got guts. Let the kid have some fun.

This is stupid of Rosier. Cornball ****. Goes to show you how insecure he is about the criticism. You got your butt beat by Pitt, Clemson, Wisconsin and LSU. Shut the **** up and win out.

More sensitivity on all sides here than in a Cal Berkeley sorority house where their time of the month has synced up and it's THAT time of the month.

I will say this about our fans that get butthurt over any perceived slight by guys/kids on our team- it's almost purely the result of the social media era. The only reason we don't remember this stuff happening with our great teams (or especially the not so great ones) is that the only way it would've become public is by a player venting to the media and their guardrails are almost always up in those instances.

The QB and a supposed or should-be leader on this team should have thicker skin though and be more focused on the 1000 other battles he needs to wage just to be considered decent again.

I really don't think people are that upset that he responded. It's good he did, I like that. It's more the fact how snide he is about it all, all well and good blaming a receiver being too quick when you can't find him but then you're suddenly the dogs *******s when you can? Keep the consistency. Can't be in love with yourself when things go well but pass the blame when things don't.

He can give us the Italian salute for all I care, so long as he is crossing the goal line with the winning score in the NC game. Us *****ing seems to have helped motivate him.

I dont agree with booing Malik. Its on Richt and Richt Jr to put someone else in. Thats what they are paid to do. However some of this team is mentally weak. They get more worried about the fans than our opponents. Im not happy with Redwine’s antics either. Easy for u to say buddy when us fans spend hard earned money to go see the team play clemson and lsu and we get embarressed on national TV. This team complains more about noise than any team that i see. The good teams just focus.

Like I said before on here I’d stop *****ing about him if he shows heart or effort but after that LSU/Wisconsin/Pitt game it’s just flat out disrespectful

Lol he deleted it. They were roasting his *** hard in the comments. Some real gems in there.

Said it wasn't directed at Miami fans. Um, okay, then who ???
