All the throws Perry made in the 2nd half of FSU are much better than anything I have seen from Rosier! Has he looked like **** after that game, YES, But at least he gave us some hope! We have 5 games from a RS freshman and almost 2 seasons from a RS Senior, can’t compare the body of work from the 2!

Been saying it... Williams is the only one who is accurate out of the whole bunch.
 
Rosier has never made those tight window throws Perry made to Thomas over the middle , or Jordan on a slant in the end zone. I can't believe it's not clear for you

Don’t have them in GIf form, but Rosiers throw to Berrios last year against FSU in the back of the end zone was equally as good.

That was a dime by Perry, Rosier had a throw very similar to Thomas against GT last year and one to Herndon against NC

I agree that neither one them are the solution however Rosier should never play another down. This season is a wash and now you need to play for next season Perry, Weldon, and Williams should all see significant playing time for the remainder of the season.

I can understand that and agree. No real reason to play Rosier.

My point was people who make Perry out to be so much better than Rosier are just wrong.

He is so much better than Rosier in that, there is no visible drop off between Rosier, a fifth year senior, and Perry, a redshirt freshman. The frustration Miami fans are having is due to Richt's handling of the QB carousel we have right now. I think he's created a disaster.

We've seen Rosiers ceiling. He's a sub part 50% qb with a weak arm and little football iq.

With Perry, a lot remains to be seen in terms of what he can provide the offense long term because — the moment he makes a rs freshman mistake — Richt kills his confidence by pulling him from the game, where he watches Rosier do no better IF NOT WORSE than he did.
 
Rosier’s Bob Feller windup and general inaccuracy will always limit his ability to complete passes. Perry has a quicker release and better throwing mechanics so there is more upside. That’s all I really care about at this point. This season is lost so give the reps to the younger guy(s) with more upside.

If Perry would have taken over after LSU and received all first team reps, maybe he’d have gotten past some of the growing pains by now.

It’s not like we had terrible teams to go against in Savannah State, FIU, Toledo, and UNC. That’s 25% of the season. Mork botched the QB position multiple times this year.
