He has had a lot of lost time due to injury. Hard to get PT when constantly trying to work back into the rotation.
He barely gets any targets. Him & Redding have been passed up by Colbie & Ladson.
Right on the money. This is exactly the case. When you have a top 3 recruiting class every year then there will be plenty of kids who never make it but nobody really notices them because of all the studs who do make it.People are under this illusion that schools like Alabama or Georgia don't have busts. Not all of their highly ranked guys pan out either, they just have great depth and recruit over. That is the difference

Great question; don't know the answer but was wondering the same thing. The **** happened to this kid? He was a monster in high school with offers from literally everyone. Bama, Clemson, Georgia, USC, you name it. I thought he’d be a contributor at the minimum. Did everyone evaluate him incorrectly or is he just being criminally under coached?
I agree. I don't know the situation. Didn't he have some off the field issues that got him suspended a game?Good things take time. He is young and has alot of room to grow. Don’t write him off yet
Difference being that whenever we actually convince any of these blue chip recruits with offers from everyone to come here, they underperform. Whether it be Brinson, or James Williams, or Nesta, or Mark Pope, etc. They NEVER live up to expectations. Definitely is one of the reasons he isn't seeing the field. Ladson and Young have stepped up.He barely gets any targets. Him & Redding have been passed up by Colbie & Ladson.
We have a new coaching staff so we'll see how things pan out moving forward.Difference being that whenever we actually convince any of these blue chip recruits with offers from everyone to come here, they underperform. Uhhh Halloween is Monday. It’s 2am on Halloween and you decide to post this ****
Lmao he had 7 catches for 90 yards. I wouldn't put him in the flashed category. He made a **** of a catch is more accurate. He flashed last season. Could be corching.

I think he has alot going on off the field. New baby this summer, etc.... He needs to figure out how to manage it all....
Unpopular take: He will hit the portal (along with a bunch of kids currently on the roster). He will never be heard from again. How many Miami skill position players have performed at another P5 school after leaving?I think he has alot going on off the field. New baby this summer, etc.... for the life of me what is with so many of these players knocking girls up in college? There’s a reason condoms are easy to find on the shelves at walgreens. (Just saying)
I post this every year. No one has a recruiting class where every signee becomes a contributor. No one.People are under this illusion that schools like Alabama or Georgia don't have busts.
