The **** happened to this kid? He was a monster in high school with offers from literally everyone. Bama, Clemson, Georgia, USC, you name it. I thought he’d be a contributor at the minimum. Did everyone evaluate him incorrectly or is he just being criminally under coached?

Remember now this is CIS. so according to posters, despite having offers from powerhouse programs he was never really talented and his star ranking was a myth. He doesn't have the heart/will/attitude to become a star. It couldn't possibly be coaching. It's all on the players bro.

Too early to completely write him off, but he was a very good prospect in HS but hardly a monster. I don’t think he really had commitable offers from all those schools either. He is small and gets manhandled by P5 corners, but once again, he is only a soph

Never gained any weight

Neither did Devonta Smith.

Again, it's college, not the pros. Height and weight are much less important at most positions and it shouldn't stop a talented kid from succeeding. It means there is more to it from his side or the coaching side (or both).

For 2023 give me Colby, Ladson, X, Brashard, and jacoby as out top 5 and add portal and high school guys to that and we'll be more than fine at the position
