Never hear that **** coming from successful programs.
Nope
Never hear that **** coming from successful programs.
Sad thing is, you saw the potential his freshman year. Kid could have been really good. If he went to Bama or Clemson I have little doubt he’d be a name wondering why we didn’t get him.I gotta take a listen but I don't like what I am hearing if even half of what he is saying is true. And I do believe everything he says about Donaldson. That guy just looks like he wants this whole thing to be over so he can retire from football and move on with his life as a bouncer at a local hood strip club. Just looks to have no passion for football anymore.
Especially the dropped TD because if he wasn’t playing we could have gone to KJ like we did with what should have been the game winner against GT on a perfectly thrown ball he would have definitely made that play that JT dropped. Or better yet we should have gone to Brevin like we did with what should have been the game winner against Florida because he would have definitely caught like he did that play. *** out of here with acting like removing JT would have automatically meant some one else would have made the plays.you mean the dropped TD as well?
They still would not have won. They had the lead even after the fumble and still loss.Manny should have never brought JT back. Cancer and has done nothing on the field. Think about this: If JT was not brought back that means Osborne would have been fielding punts against Florida. Do we win that game without a fumbled punt inside the 10? Likely so.
Question... So JT is a cancer so they say and has been suspended multiple times but yet still is on the team and Hightower WHO has been solid and showed flashes but yet barely got any burn and let him walk freely by the staff .... Who fault is it? and who is in charge again?
Boom! Y'all better start looking deeper into stuff man.
East St. Louis?cue the posters that will defend JT to no end bc he came from east illinois.
East St. Louis?
Wow, this is rich coming from The Fraudchise. This puke even rips the greats based on one game out of 35. Recall us winning 30 something straight and getting hosed out of that Fiesta Bowl. Also recall Wmac starting to rumble before blowing out his knee. What a typical puke know nothing fan. Trust Romberg over this ****.Exactly. That’s why I don’t have much respect for him. His OL that he’s constantly aggrandizing and glorifying is the single reason we lost the Fiasco Bowl. They got their pvssies absolutely stomped out that night. They underachieved for much of that season then **** the sheets in a fecal disaster of epic proportions in the NC game.
More uneven moderating. This peasant, *****1515, is always starting **** with me. Then, I embarrass him, and he runs to the mods. This **** ran to the mods last time he started with me and got me a shot from the mods.Wow, this is rich coming from The Fraudchise. This puke even rips the greats based on one game out of 35. Player only meetings, coaching meetings, yada yada whatever meetings.
The problem is these kids recognize that they are not being used properly and can see their future goals dissipate.
We’ve heard it over and over since Manny has been here. Kids do well then they hit a wall while trying to adapt to the new whatever.
We need to stop trying to break kids down. Just let them play. Harness their ability and let them go.
Pinckney, shaq, and McCloud played their best ball as freshman. It’s bc they were put in position to succeed and the coaches just got out of the way.
Same can be said about Donaldson who was a freshman AA and Ahmon Richards. I felt Joe Jackson regressed aswell by year 3.
Gurvan was an assassin in HS. One of the best 2way players in the tri county area. He’s been in the system for 2 years now and looks below average if we are being honest. How does a guy like that go from superstar who Saban personally wanted to being benched?!?
He looks slow and timid on most plays... but in HS he was a heat seaking missile.
What about Amari Carter? He hasn’t done anything since year 1.
Bandy looks like **** in year 3.
Jon Garvin see above.
It’s coaching fellas. The cancer y’all speak of is this pathetic staff. It’s filled with guys who don’t belong in the power 5
I have no idea if he's right or not, but it makes you think. JT left and everybody cried about the staff driving him away and how terrible they were. Maybe the staff sucked, but there are players who are talented but just aren't worth the fcking trouble. I'm not saying JT is one, but it's something to think about. Isn't it possible that he was more trouble than he was worth? Maybe he still is. Maybe something to think about when you wonder why a guy wasn't offered or why a talented player doesn't see the field.SIAP, but some really enlightening stuff.
Some tidbits:
1) Alluded to Searles being brutal with the offensive line during his tenure. It sounds like he would tell individual players that they sucked *** pretty frequently.
2) Thinks Donaldson doesn’t give a fvck about the team and is lazy as ****. He sees it during practice and on film. If he had to take a guess, he thinks him and JT were two of the players that were called out during the players-only meeting.
3) Speaking of JT, he heard that he’s a major cancer in the lockeroom.
4) Speaks highly of Gaynor. He makes it seem like he’s the heart and soul of the line with the way he talks about him.
Besides that, he just spent the rest of the time getting you amped for F$U week.

Never hear that **** coming from successful programs.
Successful programs aren’t constantly kicking guys out. If they were they’d have no depth and wouldn’t be successful. Look at Clemson. They sign tiny classes every year because they lose so few to attrition.Successful programs know they've got a backup they can coach into that role so they just kick the cancer out. It's not worth keeping them. Or, see Urban, they have the ability to reign in those types of players and get them to perform on the field.
It's about how much talent you have and how good your coaching is. Right now we don't have a replacement, and they guys we do have need more coaching than our staff can provide.
They may or may not be cancerous, but if they are they don't get the boot because we can't replace them.
Right, and I'm saying it's because they choose better, and/or coach better. Maybe they're getting the better guys talent-wise and/or attitude-wise. But more likely is that they get the talented guys and are able to coach them well. Guys buy buy in because they see the results. And if that fails, those staffs can kick the bad seeds out because they've done such a good job recruiting and coaching they have replacements.Successful programs aren’t constantly kicking guys out. If they were they’d have no depth and wouldn’t be successful. Look at Clemson. They sign tiny classes every year because they lose so few to attrition.
JT really needs a mentor on campus (preferably a senior on the team). They need to spend time with him. Talk with him & motivate him to make the best of his shot to make it to the NFL. He's going to blow his shot, if he doesn't work harder. He won't get another one so I hope someone close to him will take the time to really speak with & motivate him to make his life the best it can be....before it's too late. He still has time to turn things around but he's got to be more positive & work harder starting now. Otherwise, he'll blow a fabulous opportunity & regret that for the rest of his life.JT isn't a cancer at all. His personality doesn't allow for it. He simply keeps to himself & doesn't say sh*t.
A cancer is loud, disruptive, & insubordinate. He is non of those things. Lazy as f*ck, yes, but a cancer, no.
Maybe on Offense but not on Defense. We had one of the top defenses in the nation last year (which really allowed players to play downhill & use their athleticism). Our top rankings last year in sacks, TFL & pass defense all support that. Manny's system is a really good fit for SoFl athletes. The Baker version not as much. The D played really well under Manny's leadership. It was finally exciting to watch again (especially after the Dorito years).Player only meetings, coaching meetings, yada yada whatever meetings.
