You're probably right. Some people are a little obtuse about the nuances of the English language.

What's surprising is that you would think that someone who makes a living reporting would recognize that.

lol he worked for the herald and pretty much stayed there until the athletic came. not exactly the up and up of newspapers. the good ones get poached.

If he doesn't get an NFL job move him to front office...

Then just throw a bag (I'm talking in the 800k range) at Partridge. He has said many times he and his family love Pittsburgh. But he is making nowhere near that. Would have to think that's hard to say no to.
