RJ McIntosh needs some love

can't wait for ga tech, how does our attacking style match with their chop blocks?

IMO the slanting and stunts we do will help them get behind the chains which is exactly what you want to do against a run team.
Although if we guess wrong on those stunts they can hit big!

I think he's the most impactful defensive player so far this season. The cool thing is that we don't have a monstrous drop off to our second unit. What Mcintosh is good at doing are also things Gerald Willis does well. Both of them together on pass downs is a nice combination.

Everyone understands we return every single one of these DTs, right? If Chad Thomas decides to return, it's potentially the best DL here in a very long time. 4 legitimate DEs and possibly 5 NFL DTs.

Throw in the blue chip freshman DBs with the returning front 7 (plus their backups) and we've got a potential top 10 defense.

This is why I'm worried about DT numbers for 2018. McIntosh and Norton (who is just as good for his role) have the raw ability to be 3-and-dones.

That 2015 recruiting class is looking a **** of a lot better than it did on February 4, 2015.

Amazing how Folden lucked into DL prospects with his crappy system

Imagine what will happen now that we have a system that the kids love

I am interested in the development of DJ Johnson he looked bigger than I thought at Paradise Camp.

Could play inside with Ford??

Isn't Gerald Willis a RS Soph? Perhaps Mcintosh leaves in 2017 and Willis/Norton stay behind. Bit of a dream. If not, we have to make moves. Would have been nice if we had m'f'in RS'd Moten.

Luckily, it should be far easier to convince ultra talented DTs given the scheme and their [current] personal tutor.

We are probably a top 20 to 25 defense this season already too...

Willis won't be around past 2017 from what I hear, barring injury.

I would have liked to see Fines moved to OL but the 2018 numbers are keeping him on D. Martin has to gain a lot of strength before he's a factor.

Ok, that leaves this year's recruits as potential starters on that team.

Richt needs to school to start gathering money for his assistants. Need to keep Kool! ****, need to keep everyone

What has Willis done as of yet to even consider the NFL?

Tried telling all the worry warts that we had plenty of talent on the DL. All we kept hearing was the whining about not having any DTs. We just needed someone to coach them up and a philosophy that would maximize their talent. We have both of those now, and miraculously, we have great production from the DL.

Thank God Folden missed on so many of his Plan A guys like ***** Bryant and Jay-Tard Bostwick and wound up with under-the-radar guys like Jenkins, Norton and McIntosh.

Where will he be in 2017? Is the military draft coming back?

Probably expecting him to be kicked out by then. Dude's got an expiration date like a carton of milk.
