I don't understand why Gates is the DH against left handed pitching. Should have Rivera DH against lefties and Jenkins in center. This is hurting us in key at-bats.

VT pitching backwards in the 8th. They bring in a lefty against Amdidas and the very next batter they're bringing in a righty to face Toral. Makes no sense.
