Bobby Bowden once said that had Howard not left Miami, he'd have been the all time winningest coach in NCAA history. I tend to agree with him. He was the architect. His teams played hard. I consider myself very lucky to have found the Canes in 1981. He was the best.

Nowadays they refer to people like Coach Schnellenberger as disrupters. He changed the way things were done in the late 70s early 80s and succeeded. RIP Coach and Thank You for all that you have given us!

Lou Saban passed away 12 years ago Monday.

The CFB HoF can choke on the biggest of ****s for not inducting Schnelly while he was living. They'll do it posthumously now, but it should have happened at least 10-15 years ago.
