I think the Richt way is a path to the NC. For those "unsatisfied" with Coastal and 10+ seasons, I say you have to crawl before you walk. If Richt had been our coach with the coaching budget he had at UGA for the last 15, we would have multiple National Championships. The recruits would have been lining up. He was the guy to replace Butch. Not Coker.

Guys to give you a little insight on Coach Richt, having met him many times and have many photos of him with grandkids, Miami made the best hire the school could possibly get. I am a long time Dawg season ticket holder and contributor and was bitterly disappointed with how he was treated by UGA. My second school to follow will now be the Canes. Coach was severely handicapped by AD MCheaply , who trained under Foley at Fla? Many things that have opened up for Kirby Smart that was requested for and never received by Coach Richt, namely a IPF, administrative assistants and analysts, pay raises for assistants. The AD is a complete nincompoop who I predict will be fired this year. The top 5 class signed last year were Richt's recruits and had he remained would have won SECE this year as Dawgs have lowest strength of schedule in league. But back to Richt, the man is cool as cool comes, nothing rattles him, most morally responsible coach in business, great offensive mind. And hidden below that one of the most competitive persons have ever met, he wants to win and will. Will eagerly follow the Canes and believe Canes will realize what hire they made.

What if he beat FSU every year, but lost every other game to finish 1-11? Would you be fine with that?
