Remember last year and even this year when people said Richt was not a good playcaller?

Good times, armchair QBs on this board wrong again. **** you right along with Finebaum

Scary thing is Rosier was still missing some big plays last night. We can be better.

That QB draw was just lethal last night.

Beat me to the punch. It's come a long way since last year. He's really showing a good feel in the games now. I mean, who expected Deejay to get all those snaps under center? He keeps throwing in good little wrinkles. The kids must love playing for him!

What he’s been doing the past 2 games is what I’ve been asking for.... Still would like to see some more pre-snap motion but the creativity these past 2 weeks have been good and it’s paid off.

Richt always has been an elite OC he just needed time to learn his players and get back into the groove. UNC was his down point here and the last 2 games he has been fan-freaking-tastic.

I think what Fowler said was about right - he just needed to get the rust out a bit. He hadn't called plays in awhile.

If you look at my message u will know, I have the utmost respect for CMR and Diaz for what they have blessed me where in Texas track record. People were complaining about show his hand like and idot instead of keeping a poker face until when it counts. LOL

What people don't understand is Richt calls plays with a high percentage of success in practice. If the players haven't proved they can play beyond a 2 page playbook, don't expect Richt to open it up!

Let's not get too far swayed in either direction.

There were legit concerns during last year's 4 game skid. He turned it up half way through ND and hasn't looked back. That was real, not made up. It's all on film. Was like he found a New Testament version of the playbook. Again, all on film.

This season through last night, is more about better execution as the season has progressed. We aren't doing a lot radically different game to game, with some exceptions such as the Wildcat, etc. Again, shout out to HurricaneVision it's all on film.

I said it last year and at the start of this season. We must be patient with Richt because he is trying his best to get into a groove after the long layoff of not calling any plays. I am giving him 4 recruiting classes to see what he can do with kids he deems fit for his system.

I am leaning in the direction though that things are looking very encouraging. Especially with the talent coming in the next two years.

There has never been anything wrong with richt's play calling this year. While dummies were busy scapegoating richt earlier this year, they failed to understand WHY the playcalling was the way it was back then. They somehow decided that richt just "forgot " how to call plays after doing it for 20 fu&&king years. Just plain retarded.

We weren't wrong, Richt finally adjusted and created new plays. We got the results we wanted.

Your leaning in the direction that things are looking encouraging? Talk about an understatement man, we are a Top 5 9-0 team that just beat #3 ranked Notre Dame.

Not just encouraging.

I've been critical of his play calling and skeptical that he was saving things for later in the season, but Deejay in the wildcat was awesome. And notice how he ran it 3 times. He's setting up someone down the road (Clemson) for the former high school QB to throw for a big play out of that formation.
