Well, by losing to Wisconsin, we won the award for biggest disappointment in CFB, so, he's definitely got that award locked up for 2018.

But I do have this co worker I’m smashing..she likes to be on top tho and giving head all the time..but I’m lazy too care soo..oh ****..those are two controlling positions...is this cuckish behavior??

The problem with Richt and coaches like them is that they don’t realize that football is ever evolving and changing and what worked 30 years ago doesn’t necessarily work today. He also doesn’t design his strategy to fit his personnel. Miami doesn’t and won’t have the offensive line to run a power football system unless we are consistently attracting top out of state OL to come play here. I also don’t think he has the burning desire to be the best. Honestly, he probably should have become a
Game analyst after he was let go by UGA.

It's short for cuckold - the male cuckoo bird that allows other males to fornicate with its mate. It's being used here to refer to you as someone who is easily manipulated and made to do or say things other males would not. It is pretty much the most disrespectful thing you can say to a male.
 
He's performing terribly especially in regards to the players he has (should have) access to here at Miami. I don't give a flip about the other coaches in the conference, but I'll shut up with this:. We lost to several teams in conference that from a talent perspective, it's not even close. Us WAY over them.
 
I don't blame Richt for his terrible level of competence. I really don't. Anyone who watched Richt's last years at Georgia (as I did, partially on account of geography) would have come to the same conclusion I did that he would be a terrible hire and that he would perform exactly as he has

His last decade or so at UGA was marked by inertia, excessively cautions (scaredy cat) playcalling, complete lack of innovation and differentiation, and a general sense of "you can't fvck with me because I've got Jesu sitting beside me on the bench." Its not that he's stupid, but he is incorrigibly lazy and incurious. He also exploits his "faith" as the need arises - this does not work nearly as well in cosmopolitan Miami as it did in rural Georgia, but you still see flashes of it from time to time. But back to the point - Richt isn't doing anything here in Miami he didn't do in Athens. He"s also not omitting to do anything he did in Athens. It's the same old Richt. Nothing new, nothing you couldn't have picked up if you had done even a modicum of research and due diligence. Did the "search committee" (or whomever floated his name then validated his selection do any of that? Of course not. They just remembered he had name recognition, won a SEC title forever ago (when the SEC was at a low ebb), and played for Miami. Apparently that was enough for those lazy, unaccountable fvckers.

U poor thing. This explains a lot, and I’m not being condescending. I wish you could’ve really seen and appreciated the great Canes teams as an adult.
 
I don't think he's the worst. He's being stubborn. Sometimes good people get a little too ****y about their ability or as they get older have trouble adapting to changing ways. Notice his words the other day about why he wanted to keep a pro style offense. It makes players ready for the pros. Miami has always been a farm system for the league. In order for other schools to keep up with major programs like us they had to come up with creative ways to keep up with us on the scoreboard. Now, if we want to stay ahead of the curve, we have to adapt. If a player has talent, the league will recognize it. They'll need to create their own farming system.

He's not the worst coach in the ACC, but if he refuses to change that title may be his sooner rather than later.
