Richt will be fired

miami could do so much worse then richt

the guy averages 10 wins a year

and with all these other coaching positions that are open and will be opening

if uga actually fires him thats uga, usc, usce, miami etc lol not a good year to be looking for a coach

there are 3 guys in the american conference that look really good so maybe not that bad of a year but theres gonna be alot of competition is what im saying

When you consider the fact that we haven't had back to back 9 win seasons since '04-'05, it makes Richt look like a breath of fresh air.

Has unlimited assets, good assistants (including DC Pruitt), a good state to recruit out of and does absolutely NOTHING with it.

UF beats his but like a drum. 1 SEC Championship in 15 years

He is Larry Coker Part II and would destroy what little is left of this program. He may be even softer than Coker

Some of you never want to have a good program again

do you think they would wait to hire him? if its davis it seems like it would make sense to get a jump on everybody else and hire him ASAP

Only miami woukd work for butch davis. So im daying all the jobs in the world can open up. We good with 1 man

Notice their post counts....most of these names I ain't never seen before, and then out of nowhere, they're campaigning for some lame duck coaches and staff. Be clear, no real canes fans are rooting for these cats....only trolls from nearby programs who are in panic mode are coming on here and rooting for these cats....they need the U to be down, b/c they know, when we're awaken from our sleep....the days of cherry picking around the fence are over.

Trust me, ain't no real Canes fans pulling for Mario or Schiano. Some are pulling for Chud, but most r all in on Butch and Herman.

Firing a guy that averages 9 wins is easier said than done. Instead doing better with a new coach, you can easily do worse. Nebraska has done it twice in the last 12 years.
 
Georgia fans had unrealistic expectations this year which was clearly going to be a down year for the Dogs. Richt survives at Georgia given his overall record.

If he does get fired I think he looks to jobs other than Miami if he continues to coach. I really don't think he would be interested in coaching a team in a piece of s**t empty atmosphereless stadium that is almost closer to Athens than it is to Miami.
 
I don't think he'll be fired. I think he pull a Frank Haith and leave. I'll be in Athens next week visiting my in-laws and going to the UGA-KY game. Anything you guys want me to pass along to coach Richt? I'm already planning on telling Stoops to stay in Kentucky.
 
doubt it. not when you have the #1 QB coming in. in about 2 years, they will have more talent on their roster than they ever had.
 
Mark Richt is good. Always has UGA competitive and recruits well. Yes, Georgia is in the sec and is a big football school, but it isn't alabama. It isn't Florida. He's in a school that doesn't have the history or tradition of other sec schools, and isn't in a state that produces a huge amount of big time recruits. Yet his team's are are ways good arelwaysnd he recruits well.

Why would we want the fired corch of a program who isn't half the program we are? Guy sucks, and wanted nothing to do with us when things were going well for him.

I wouldn't have a rage induced heart attack over the hire at all like some other potential candidates but this is concerning:

Maybe Butch can hire him as a coordinator. Don't want him anywhere near the HC position. We own the Gaturds now, and Richt is their b#t#h the way Golden was always London's.
