Thank God someone important finally said this. I'm so tired of "The U Invented Swagger" and all that other bullshlt. You have to run a quality program and win to have swagger. Nobody ever said "oh man that 5-7 team's got swagger." Just ******* work hard and win and it'll come out.

Great change of pace from the last a-hole coach who took every opportunity he could to talk down the program and make excuses. "Oh, we don't have a training table." "Nobody wanted this job 12 months ago." Etc etc.
