Texx, I dont really mean from a monetary value(and yeah, there are millions involved - just look at his listed salary) but really from a perspective that they handcuff a programs ability to compete if you have a coach that's just dead weight. It hurts your ability to recruit and everything else that goes along with running a successful program

Personally, I think we're stuck with Richt(yeah, I know, I know) and realistically I believe the only thing we can hope for is some significant staff changes on the offensive side of the ball. And y'know I'm not that optimistic that happens to be honest
