Renovation of locker room?

Not sure why anyone would want to sleep in a locker room. Maybe NYstate knows.
Asked myself the same thing when I saw them being installed.Didnt make sense. They do have tv and stereo in them though so I guess that’s as good a place as any to rest.

Never heard Mark Richt say that. Saw a tweet from someone else. Link me to Richt saying we are getting a new locker rooms

Are you retarded? Are you on the spectrum? Are you five years old?

LITERALLY. The Mark Richt quote is the FIRST POST ON THIS THREAD.

And now you can say "Oh."

Does anyone know how to link THIS THREAD in, you know, THIS THREAD for the benefit of @D RevLee ? The guy is a complete clown-show, but I don't know if I will create some kind of infinite time-loop vortex.

This D Rev guy acts like an arrogant know-it-all, insults Miami fans who don't agree with him, and asks us to provide him with all the links, while he's sitting here posting in a thread WHERE THE FIRST POST is Richt talking about new locker rooms.

Seriously, you can't make this stuff up.

Oh.

To me the biggest issue is the Schwartz center. All the players hof prow bowlers etc and we have them bunches in there with a diving trophy.
our players rep the school hardcore and we put there trophies in the same place as some golf dude.
Fast forward to 2:07 and look what they did for manning. What do we have for our dudes? A poster in a position room?

You read everything, you narcissist.

And your arrogant responses don't change the fact that you are a buffoon who asked for a link that is, literally, the first post in this thread.

Do everyone a favor and take another 6-month vacation from the board. Nobody missed you.

The guy lives for everything social media. It's his sad existence. Zero chance he doesn't read EVERY post. But, he'll still let you know that he's 'living rent free' in your head. Clown.

I think people need to have a bit of perspective when comparing "locker rooms".

Let's not forget, most of these programs have on-campus stadiums. They play and practice in, largely, the same space.

I'm not arguing that we shouldn't have nice things, only that programs like Texas use their stadium locker rooms as a big selling point to boosters. I have also toured the Cowboys' stadium twice, they even have nice locker rooms for the cheerleaders.

Our locker rooms, on-campus, will be redone. But they will likely never be as fancy as the ones you find in on-campus SEC/Big 10 stadiums.

I would rather have UM spend the money on the weight room (justified) as well as recovery areas and nutrition areas. The fancy "this is where I put my stuff when I'm playing the game" locker room stuff is really just to impress the fans and boosters. Spend the money on making the players better.

.
Not accurate. Most schools especially SEC have a lock room at their facility (the really nice one) and a game day locker room for which are more simple and open so everyone can see the coaches speaking. Examples are UGA, Tennessee and Alabama which we toured at my HS this year. (I’m a coach)

Anyone ever been inside the locker room? Assuming they get rid of the wood lockers. Would it make sense to have lockers along the walls and keep the rest of the space open?

Our locker room is sh*t. Even when Kayaa did that walkthrough tour years ago when they were new, it looked like sh*t. I remember being embarrassed. It looks like a country club for naked old men changing after a round of golf. The trophy/accolade room is also pure sh*t.
